Delivery information & rates

Shipment

After payment, your order (if in stock) will be shipped within 2 working days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by email. You will also receive a hyperlink to track your package online.

Packages are offered on working days, Monday to Friday and Saturday. If desired, you can indicate your work address as the delivery address with your order.

Delivery rates

The shipping costs are based on the destination country and are calculated with the check out.

Delivery times

Delivery times often depend on the local transport companies. With the track & trace you can keep an eye on the status of the delivery.

In general, it takes a couple of working days, up to 1 week. In worst cases it takes up to 2 weeks.
